If you still need to contact us, please call us on 0845 366 0071, or use the form below. Please note that we are unable to answer queries from individuals who have not accessed their credit report with Callcredit. We will respond to all disputes within 28 days in accordance with section 159 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, but we aim to respond to all other queries as quickly as possible.
